Nowadays, the largest producer of spinach in the world is China, with 85% of the world’s supply. During the past ten years, the production of spinach in the US has increased dramatically. How to Store Spinach
Your spinach is not a plant which you can store for a long time after collecting. It will be eatable just a day or two if you keep it in the fridge inside a plastic storage bag.

Diseases and Pests
